Challenge: 

Sales representatives struggled with effective cold calling techniques, often leading to low conversion rates and lack of confidence during outreach. The existing training materials did not provide enough practical, scenario-based learning to improve performance.

 

Solution: 

Developed a detailed storyboard for a objection handling training module, focusing on key strategies such as objection handling, rapport building, and LAER techniques.

 

Results: 

Increased cold calling confidence among sales representatives, leading to higher engagement and improved conversion rates.
