With 10+ years in learning and development, I’ve had the opportunity to work across B2B SaaS, healthcare, retail, banking, and manufacturing—designing everything from eLearning and instructor-led training to customer education, onboarding, and enablement programs.

I’m naturally curious about how people learn, how technology can make learning better, and how we can rethink the way learning is created. That curiosity has led me into some of my most exciting work yet: exploring AI in customer-facing training and Customer Success and designing the strategies, workflows, prompts, and frameworks that support an AI-powered course creation process.

I’m always looking for ways to make learning more engaging, more useful, and more human—while finding smarter ways to design, scale, and deliver it.
